#PSIDEvolution: A JOURNEY OF VISUAL DYNAMISM THROUGH TIME AND STYLES

While there are magazines and internet posts that can help you project that visual image in your mind, nothing beats fresh and innovative ideas from experts, or in this case, hardworking and ingenious students of the Philippine School of Interior Design (PSID) to provide you ideas and inspiration you never know existed…until now.

Celebrating PSID’Ss 49th year, the the Advanced Class of 2016 is slated to open their graduation exhibit entitled “Evolution” from September 29-October 31, 2016 at the Square Building, Greenfield District, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.

The said exhibit will take guests on a travel trough time kind of exhibit as the students showcase their creativity through the dynamic nature of design from past, present and future. This showcase is mounted in cooperation with Devant, Uratex, Boysen, Hafele, Bosch, Blanco Germany, Gorenje, Dexterton, La Europa Ceramica, Songdream, Nordlux, Matimco, AG Murals, Mitty Mike, Larry’s Curtain, Mainline, Fineza, and Ilaw Atbp.

BLAST FROM THE PAST

Classic and vintage trends takes center stage in the Past Gallery. Here you get to see mid-century design styles from iconic and influential designers like Finn Juhl, Eero Aarnio, Alvar Aalto, Eero Saarinen, Charles Earnes, Hans Wegner, Warren Planer, and Arene Jacobsen.

REVOLUTION OF IDEAS

PSID’s 2016 “EvolutionP showcase is a carefully planned, extensively researched exhibits which marks the countdown of the schoool’s Golden Annibersary in 2017. For decades now, PSID has been known to produce some of the country’s groundbreaking exhiits that become the benchmark of interior design shows in the academe.

PSID is also considered 3s go-to events for architects, fellow interior designers, design enthusiasts, and the general public to learn more about world-class Filipino design and see innovative interiors come to life.

PSID brings interior design to a higher level annually that challenges the graduating batch to showcase their repertoire of design skills.
